Municipal Solid Waste Financing
The webinar will introduce participants to the financial readiness toolkit developed by Abt Associates with a focus on policy and regulation, the webinar will also give an overview of the different financing mechanisms available to cities to deliver municipal solid waste infrastructure including funding and financing options that cities could consider, and public-private partnerships for municipal waste case studies.
The webinar will be led by Nadia Scharen-Guivel, Principal Clean Energy Finance Associate from Abt Associates Inc. and James Alexander, City Finance Programme Director from C40 Cities Finance Facility.
The webinar was organized and hosted by the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA) on behalf of theWaste Initiative. The webinar took take place on November at 3 pm CET.
